Convenience store max pepperoni pizza package

So I see a shop that calls for a 14" Pepperoni pizza with garlic seasoned crust, a small Built-to-Order (BTO) Beverage of your choice & a 20oz bottled soda. I can't see how to maximize the $32 reimbursement. Highest I see to order is ~$24.

What am I missing?

Not to be greedy. Maybe the $32.00 is because there are different prices for the same items in different locations.

The ones that I see for $32 are for delivery. I just tried an order, and the prices are higher and there are DoorDash fees as well. BTW, the prices for some of the BTO drinks are very high, so try ordering a larger size of a more expensive drink with added stuff. I am up to $30 without trying too hard. However, I have to order a specialty drink with addins that I don't really want.

I just checked and the stated store location has to be within 7 miles of the delivery location, and the app decides which store will actually deliver to you, which is OK for the shop. I am going to have to try to find one that fits that requirement.

I should have added, the shop I looked at indicated buying on the app and picking up at the store (no delivery). BTO drink must be small. I guess the reimb. is pegged at the other shops WITH delivery costs.

I did 2 of them and found the pizza crust had too much garlic for my taste. Starbucks drinks are way better. So I gave one of the pizzas to a neighbor who has kids.
