Medicare Advantage Informal Meeting Yikes!

I picked up an informal Medicare meeting. Usually a table or kiosk is set up and you observe then interact. This one was at a major food pantry. I arrived, and the food pantry portion had a long line of cars. I got to the main office. I inquired. The staff checked and found the agent, who was going from car to car. She came in and did her presentation in the reception area with me. I think she was suspicious since my approach was out of the norm.

Waiting in line with the cars would have been fitting in, if I had known.

Going from car to car??? Not allowed, right?

Agents are only allowed to say hello and not solicit. So approaching cars might be a violation and I hope you put that in your report.
That is about as strange a shop as anything I have encountered. Medicare is big business though, and these folks circle oldsters like sharks (i.e., nothing surprises me).

This is definitely a bizarre approach and I wouldn't have expected a car presentation either.
