I redeemed a reward from them a few weeks ago and there are still active surveys on their site.

It looks like the phone center and website was down, which scared me. But all of their redemption cards that went out had ‘- bad magnetic strip’ and they need to resend them all, which I guess is a bit concerning in itself.
