Presto - USPS Signage CPU - item question

This is for those quick presto signage checks for CPU USPS locations.

Anyone happen to know if I have to purchase a item from the postal service counter or can I just buy something small from the main business's offerings.

I saw one that is located at a bank.

Taking a photo in the bank, albeit, covertly, could be a bit troublesome, let alone, just what is in a bank that one could purchase for the small amount of $3??

If you have an account that allows you to make a free ATM withdrawal at the bank that you are visiting, yu could withdraw $3 (or any amount, for that matter), and maybe get the $3 reimbursed to you?
