UPDATE: Wanted to let everyone know that I found the manager's name in the BATHROOM! ???? That potty break saved me from having to ask an employee.

Second, wanted to mention that the store was a complete MESS and it took 2 hrs to complete. There were soooooo many mis-sized items and items that didn't belong in the catagory. Not to mention the store was busy with shoppers. It was super annoying and tiring experience.

Thanks for the update. I did warn that all advice with respect to how long it might takes goes out the window this close to Christmas. That, and this being your first one, it isn't too shocking. They truly generally do not take more than an hour. Truck days, weekends, and Christmas will have more shoppers. More shoppers = more wrong sizes = more work for the IC.

Here's an easy way, say, "Hey! Didn't you go to XYZ high?"

If you see someone with some type of badge that identifies them as the manager, it will undoubtedly have their name on it. In that case there is no need to say anything and risk giving yourself away. Saying that to a regular store employee does not prompt them to give you the manager's name. It also does not work if you are 20 years their senior/junior.

Last week it took me almost 2 hrs to do one of of my regular stores that I can normally do in 30 minutes. I went Monday morning and the staff appeared to be just starting to straighten up the mess left from the weekend. The shop paid twice what it normally does but when I was done I also was tired and remembered why I don't usually do these shops so close to Xmas.
