Interesting questions on business audits

It seems the business audits I'm doing have new questions. Now I'm asked "Does this company look like it can packed and moved overnight? Do they have folding chairs or folding tables? Can signs be removed easily?" I guess some businesses move out as soon as the audit is done. Imagine doing an audit, you file your report online while you're there. As soon as you walk out the door, signs are taken down, tables and chairs are being packed up, computers are packed up......what would you do? You already filed the report,

If this is a business verification, I am done once the client signs my inspection form. I might include a note to the MSC (there is a spot at the end for doing so if this is the report I am thinking about) explaining my post-inspection observation.

I've done a couple of there where it was one person, a desk, shredder and filing cabinet. They would meet and bare minimum for an office. I wonder how many people use this as a tax write off?
