Oddity on Submitted Kroger Shops

Last night, I submitted 5 Kroger shops. Normally, they move from "In Process" to "Pending" quickly. These 5 are still, "In Process" as of this post. Anyone else noticed or noticing this?

Do not read so much, look about you and think of what you see there.

@whosear, yes I've noticed that as well. I've done 4 competitor shops. One I shopped on 12/01/23 moved to "Pending" pretty quickly (sorry I wasn't paying attention to the timing) but I now have 3 "In Process" with the oldest one shopped on 12/07/23.
Thanks for the share. Relieves my concern.

Same here. My completed shops usually only spend minutes or hours in Pending status. For some reason, I have a shop in Pending status that I completed on 12/15. I'm not sweating it.
yea, I have two that are still in process.. I got nervous, so I printed the reports just in case. My son got questioned about one of his shops that has already moved to pending and we couldn't look at it to see what they wanted, or what they were questioning.
I haven't had this happen with my Kroger shops, but it has with others. Wonka seemed to sit there forever before finally breaking on through to the other side. My "blow to start your car" phone shop has apparently found its new home in the 'in process' section...

[I went to check as I typed this...my Kroger in-store from yesterday is still sitting there.]

This is an oddity concerning Kroger submission, but of a different nature.

This morning, while selecting my assignments for next yr., after choosing the date but before clicking submit, I was coughing; as I was watching my screen, the date advanced a day. Upon checking my page, there was another in error; I was able to correct each shop's date. I then recalled another month where when the date was incorrect, I assumed it was my mistake.

Was this my computer, browser or simply a flub caused by site activity? I suggest all check their individual page.
Because you said something Bob, I checked. All of mine are in my google calendar on the dates that I chose.
I had no date discrepancies, but I noticed a couple of times when assigning shops, that the "email the scheduler" line updated with the "Select a date" field. So make sure you let the page load completely before going back to the list/map to find other shops. Weird.
SK3030, there were lots of pick up shops for my area for the new round that was posted this week. They've stated in the past, though, that shoppers who are not performing an equal amount of in-store shops would be limited from the pick-up shops. Possibly check what your radio has been recently?
I have noticed that Kroger and competitor shops that used to show as "pending" in a short amount of time are sometimes taking a full days or multiple days to process. None required clarifications and eventually converted to pending.

I'm not sure if that is due to the addition of competitor shops, more detailed review of the reports, or other factors.
Happened on mine too. I had one sit for 8 days yet they only allows 12 hours to respond if they have a question. Then she posted the Kroger too soon and the 2 shops I still had to do on 12/27 and 12/31 were gone- they said they were at the bottom of my shop list and dinged me for withdrawals! Literally not showing at the top in order by date so why would I even think they were after the January ones I Picked up? Drove to my shop 26 miles away and my shop wasn’t there so the rude scheduler kicked me out for too many withdrawals! Their system moved them and I got blamed- typical of that scheduler. I’ve completed 600 shops in 2 yrs but the 5 withdrawals in 2 yrs got me locked out. Not trustworthy.
What a way to make a first impression.

I see ty got caught in a BIG glitch..

the shops that you had to do in December did not disappear, they moved to the bottom of the list. My last shop for the last round was on December 29, I found the shop at the bottom of the list, because December is after January. I'm sure everyone else that had shops late in the last round had similar issues, but found the shops just the same. And for Kroger shops (and this MSC), 5 withdrawals is a LOT. Since this MSC took over, I have ONE withdrawal, but I emailed my scheduler, while I was sick in bed, and told her why I wasn't going to make it, and she didn't count it against me.

YOU should apologize to your scheduler and take some responsibility for your actions.
Maybe it's just me, but I never trust people who make a "see all the ways I've been wronged!!!" post immediately after they join.

At least wait until post #11. Although, I guess technically he's surpassed that...

Dr. Doggie, love your posts. You're a hoot!

I had some auto cancellations on my competitor shops and initially thought my 12/31 one was canceled as well. Just keep scrolling! smiling smiley
