I have finished my assignment but now I cannot locate the Jancyn web site to enter the information. The site I can find doesn't have my account information. and has this shop forum. What am I doing wrong? I cannot locate the email with all the information on it. Weird! Thanks for any help.

Yes, but I can't find where it has my account information, or where to enter the information. I have tried changing password but it sends me new password then key it in then won't take it. I am totally confused. Thanks for your reply?

Make sure you are not trying to log in on the client page.

OP, were you able to get in to your shop? If not, did you accept the shop through GigSpot or similar site? Check there...

Jancyn used to be on the Prophet platform that no longer exists.

Jancyn is also on the ISS platform.
