Kroger site all screwed up- trying to place order forp ick up and items I select not registering!

I wish the Kroger pick up shops would include an area to discuss problems with MAKING the order. I have been trying for the past hour to add ground beef patties to my order. The actual meat page shows it has been added but the order log with the total order is not registering it. I want to spend over $55 to get $5 off and also the 300 fuel points so that it is important for me to add this big ticket item which is always available. The report asks the description of the person who puts the order in the car- like who cares if they have purple hair and tattos? that is useless- wish I could write all the issues with actually PLACING the order. The Kroger site needs a lot of work! I am often frustrated trying to place orders- often the price changes with pick up fee added when not applicable- these are things Kroger should know when ordering pick up shops!

I certainly want them to know who brings my order out in 2 minutes, and who brings it out in 20 minutes.

I don't have much luck getting problems fixed on their mobile app or .com. Have you tried entering your order in the mobile app if you can't enter it on a laptop (or vice versa)? Or try switching stores to see if it's a product availability issue?
That all sounds very frustrating. I've had a few weird issues myself. But I do not, in any way, wish for them to make these jobs any more complicated. I'm very happy to have a short and easy report.
Tried entering it on line as well as on mobile app. I have had to call the live Kroger customer service line as chat did not work. The gentleman who I spoke with saw coupons I had clipped on items that were in my cart not registering. He was able to assist me in that regard. He acknowledged that it was a Kroger system error and not anything I had done to cause this. Seems every time I place an order a different price comes up sometimes with an erroneous pick up fee. It is very frustrating. My daughter in law has stopped shopping at Krogers due to these type of issues- she digital coupons not registering, orders she placed not being registered so when she went to the store there was nothing there- She is a computer whiz with her mobile app and still had issues. At times when I reach the store to pick up I have trouble logging in on my phone.

Kroger app has been buggy lately. I've also had issues where my digital coupons didn't work.
Yeah the Kroger app is acting up today. Earlier I put in an order for a pick up tomorrow and at first it was saying there were no pickup slots available for the next 7 days! My mind already started thinking how am I going to fix this, but I closed out the app and restarted it, and it showed available slots. Whew.
My issue is why are basic items deliver or shipping only. Especially when it’s a coupon or sale item
Deliver and shipping typically do not originate from the local store. The available inventory is different than at your local store.
I have to be sure to sign in and click Pickup under Ways to Shop (each time I add an item). Also, I may have to back out a few times after starting to pay, becasue only then do I see the actual total with coupons applied. Some items disappear and move to Delivery at that point.

I learned recently that store restocks actually happen at about 11 am and some items may show as in stock but be out.. Sundays and Mondays are bad for out of stocks.

Yes it is frustrating. It's always a gamble on the 5 item and big ticket purchases.
