I like them too, the problem I find with them is that often, the minimum two-day buffer between warning call and shop is difficult to swing into my schedule. But when it works, they're great to do. I've found cellphone store employees tend to be pretty chill to begin with on all kinds of shops, plus the "open book" nature of the "test" helps.
