Where are the Panda Expresses?

They should be out by now but PE seems to be slowing down on their shop postings?

There are no PE posted in my area but there is one that is 58 miles away from me.

The ones in my area usually go pretty quickly...

they usually post PE in the middle of the month.. We just got done doing the last of them here with comfortable pay increases instead of bonuses this week.

I did PE on 8/11/24. I accepted the shop on 8/10/24. Maybe they are waiting for holiday weekend to be over.

Nothing in my area yet.

It was weird checking the job board and seeing zero gas station or quick serve shops in my 20-mile radius. Just freaking cell phone shops and bank jobs I either don't want to do or don't qualify for.

I am sorry. I know when they will be out, but cannot say because I don't want my competition to beat me to the ones I want. If you look back historically, you can figure out the pattern. But just to say one thing for certain, they do not post at the first of the month each month. Also, it has nothing to do with Labor Day weekend. Look at the last time shops were posted and work your way back several times and you should be able to see the pattern.

That’s something I don’t miss about Southern California. In northern California, shops sit and sit, especially in the East Bay area where crime is high; sometimes the Oakland, California shops sit for a really long time. Less pressure to be fast up here.

If i was to shop Oakland, I would be carrying. End up with my Panda or In N Out and some bodies in the parking lot when they try to jack me. "Better to be judged by 12, than carried by 6" I can see trying to fill out the report and having to explain how you did not get the exact timing because you were unloading your gun on the fool trying to jack you at the pickup window.

Can't believe we allow such lawless nonsense to terrorize the community. Even that NFL player in San Francisco just shot over some attempted robbery.

You don't really hear about NFL players getting robbed (or anyone else for that matter) in an area where citizens are allowed to defend themselves. Yes crime exists everywhere, but it certainly is lower when thugs and thieves have to worry about being shot back at. Real easy to take candy from a baby and that's why so much of it happens in anti-gun CA. Also the bank robbery capital of the world.

An important thing to note is while the purchased gift card has no expiration, the $8 bonus card expires on October 8th.

Ironically, I was doing the Panda dine-in in Oakland in the same parking lot as the In-N-Out, when I watched people smash the windows of an SUV in broad daylight and steal everything less than 30 seconds. We all just sat there on the patio, enjoying our bowls. It was just like watching pigeons in the park. Every day occurrence.

I don’t even do the drive-through there anymore.

for me, it seems i started noticing it was right around every 30 days - like the 25th or so. but that appears to have changed in my area at least, they are coming out sporadically, and not all at the same time.... for instance list all the dine ins and that is all, then list all the dts and online shop later all together a week later. weird. .

Hopefully we'll get some more shops soon. In the meantime, I did take advantage of that $30 gift card promo and am also getting close to having enough points for the family meal. FYI you can enter the code from two receipts a day for reward points, so if you know anyone who goes there occasionally but doesn't use the rewards, ask them for that code!
