FOTO app

I've seen a few people on here talking about the new FOTO app. Could someone tell me more about it? I have no idea how it works. I went to the app store and only saw a photograph sharing app called FOTO Inc.

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

It is an app created by ACL. You turn on your location and see what is available. I was in Atlanta last weekend and there were tons of opportunities (ACL is based in ATL). The two near me are two locations that are shopped by ACL. You basically purchase the required product, take a photo, and they pay you $2. There were gas stations near Atlanta and you snapped a picture of a particular food display (no purchase required).

Did you need the receipt or just a photo?

That is a great question. It appears only a photo, so maybe the app geo locates and time stamps. I have not tried it. It is not worth $2 for me to think too hard about using this app. I will probably delete it.

FYI, Isecretshop has a simple $2 survey on the list..no gas..no app. It looks like it's available in most, if not all, states and took me about 2 minutes to complete.

I did one recently for a grocery store with no purchase required. It might've taken one minute at most, as I walked through the aisle. I think of it as a $2 coupon while running errands.
