TY Project not on the app

Is anyone else having an issue loading your TY route that was supposed to start today in the app? I called support and they said I was the second caller with the same issue.
I work full time and weekends are very important to me because that is when I have the time to do these. Not having two full days are going to make it very difficult to meet their deadline. Of course no one is there on the weekends.

Membership is free. Simply choose your username, type in your email address, and choose a password. You immediately get full access to the forum.

It wasn't there at first but I logged out and signed back in and they were there.

You can try emailing Daniel directly, I know he has responded to me in the past on a weekend. Look through the ty numbers, maybe there is an after hours number.

I had to call the scheduler. She put mine on.

I had a project that didn't get put into the app, and like you, I needed to get it done on the weekend. I wound up just taking the pictures manually and making notes in a notepad app as best as I could. They can load the pics to GSC for you, if this happens again.

Joanna, I thought about doing this and have done it in the past for one or maybe two shops. I wanted to do about 20 over the weekend. I didn’t feel that would go over well. The shops now have been added, I’ll just have to really hustle!

Oh yeah that would be a total headache to do manually. I only had to do it for 1 or 2 assignments.
