Greeting Card Spinner Rack Install in Staples -- anyone done these yet?

I have two stores scheduled this week. I've watched the video multiple times. It seems pretty straightforward. Anyone get these done in the allotted 2 hours??? -- which I believe is also supposed to include putting the new cards into the rack after the install???
Any tips appreciated....TIA!!

In high school I worked at a drugstore and a stationery store (remember those?) The card aisle was always a nightmare. It's been 37 years and the minute you said installing a spinner rack I had a PTSD flashback.

Well, actually, I did my two, one yesterday and one today. The video was a TREMENDOUS help! It all went very smoothly and I got them both done and out on the sales floor within the 2 hour time span. It took as long to get all the stuff out of the boxes and unwrapped as it did to build the display!!
