That's the first time I've seen that. I am guessing they are not allowing anyone to send a reply to this email anymore. That, or try again later.

Which MSC? You might need to email the program manager or scheduler. Or if you have the WSP editor's name (its usually in their email messages), their email format is this:

firstname.lastname@wordsmithpros.com

So you can figure out their email and forward your response to them that way.

Yeah, WSP's set up that new email address to try to prevent the messages from the shoppers going directly to the actual editor. I do not know if they have done that with every MSC, though.
