Vocazilla Recording Question

Hello! I'm not sure if I am posting this right. I have done several shops requiring Vocazilla in Sassie and have used the recording attached to the report to fill out the telephone portion. Today, the recording did not show up. I reached out to the coordinator to inform them and sent a screenshot. The coordinator stated it is attached to the report, but I am not seeing it. This is a first for me. Has this happened to anyone before?

If you save the report and go back in, does it show up?

I haven't done any shops requiring a recording in forever so its been a while since I have used Vocazilla.

I saved it, and it didn't show up. It is listed as 1 call attempt out of 5, but the recording icon doesn't show up. I'm not sure if it's a Chrome issue. The coordinator confirmed this morning the recording was submitted, but they do not know why it doesn't allow me to view and replay on me end.
