i reached out to Presto regarding the survey and a scheduler reached out to me yesterday. Here is what she said:
Thanks for your feedback Dawn and I hear you! We did have some glitches yesterday that we are working through on the shop forms. Some of them have been fixed or clarified this morning as they occurred - or were brought to my attention after everyone left for the day.
I took a look at your shops and it seems the different guidelines are there- for mobile order and for drive thru so I am not sure ( noone told me it was an issue to be fixed) if it was a loading issue? I havn't had that come up but I look at your shops and they are a different set of guidelines.
For the multi photo, we DID have to add clarification that if you only have one you can re-use photos if you have to submit. I don't believe it was indicated on the guidelines or in the shop form that a min. 3 was required so I apologize for that. It should be more clear now.
As for the issue with not having any options - I think I know the exact scenario you are speaking of, we are working with the client on that question because we did flag it as a potential issue. We just need to hear back from them on how they want to proceed and that is in the works as we speak.
I am sorry for all of the trouble you had and appreciate your feedback. Trust that we are doing everything we can do fix these issues as they arise. Sometimes we don't see it until they are out in the field so your feedback is very important.
