Big red rooster survey app-anyone used?

I accepted a shop where you had to download and use this app. I was on site taking pictures for 90 minutes in the Florida heat. I completed the survey and it says "ready to submit". I hit the red button marked "submit" and it doesn't do anything, just loads a circle. I am terrified all those pictures would be gone if I uninstall and reinstall the app. Anyone have any advice? The MS hasn't responded.

in the app and on the phone; it was easier to use the app when I had to take a picture of every single bollard (36) and gas pump (12)
With all those pics it takes a long time for the app to transmit them. Mine eventually went to a submitted page. They could at least let us know. The app is not user friendly and industry terms, that not all of us might know, sound official but when asking for the distance between two things, within 1/16 of an inch, maybe they should specify whether they want the widest or narrowest measuremment when the two sides have varying thicknesses.

The pictures you took outside of the app, on your phone, will remain on your phone. The pictures you took in the app may or maynot stay on your phone. Sometimes Presto and MobiAudit make their own picture files in my camera app on the phone, I have recovered necessary pics from those files.

You should be able to back out of the app and check your photo file to see if there is a separate file, and look at the pics the phone saved to see if the pics you're worried about losing are there. That way you'll know whether or not it's safe to drive away and find somewhere with better signal or wifi.
Tiffany, I can tell you that my son signed up for one of those shops, arrived at the location to do it, looked at the pictures he was going to have to take and decided against it. We usually look for excuses to go to the area where that gas station is so we can go to a little local mexican food place that we like while we're there. He even forgot about that and just came back home.
The guidelines gloss over the pictures you will need to take, it isn't till you are on site and they ask literally how many bollards there are that I realized I was in over my head. That said, it was $75 and will wind up being about 3 hours including driving time, so not terrible, but I need to get paid.

I don't know how to check that. I am home, using my home wi-fi. Reading other's experiences, it probably doesn't like there's 100 pics to transmit.
@Tiffany0921 - do not uninstall and reinstall the app, because then the survey will be gone.

Update: I contacted the person listed in the rooster app for assistance. He let me know the survey went through. Fingers crossed the editor sees it, too.
