Taking the Plunge I guess....What Video Recording Equipment is Industry Standard?

What is the industry standard for covertly recording for mystery shopping? The glasses look silly so I think I’m going to go with the “button” model.

Also...can someone give me a small primer on how it works and what the shortcomings are?

Each product is different. You will need to use whatever the MSC prefers to be successful.

Lawmate PV500 is the preferred button camera. The glasses are mandatory on some projects. Lawmate has a great brand, and you can go to any online retailer and get a pair for about $50.00. I prefer the LAwmate brand.
