Advice of uploading a link to a video on a shop report.

I have done a couple of shops where I am to record a drive thru interaction using just my phone that is placed in the cup holder. I then have to upload a link to the video on the shop report. I used Dropbox but my free trial is over. I don't want to pay for a program since I will not use it a lot. Are there any free programs that will do this? There is a free version of Dropbox but the videos are too long to use the free version.

I use Google photos. I do a lot of car wash shops and some are up to 10 minutes long and I have never had an issue.
One of these should work for you.
I like using WeTransfer for uploading video files 2 Gb or less at a time. WeTransfer is web-based and fast.
Dropbox -- can't you still get about 7 Gb or so indefinitely on Dropbox for free?
I still have the same free Dropbox account that I got many years ago when it first began. I found out how to get more Gb for free and got it up to 22 Gb which was the max, and I still use the same account.
Copy was another app that came out just after Dropbox, and I think it gave 50 Gb. I don't know if Copy still exists.
Uploading to YouTube, making it private, and giving your video link to the client might also work.
Dropbox is a pain and they’re not up to speed on anything if you pay.

If you record it on your phone you can export it to Gdrive and it will allow you to download the file and/or send a link to the recipient for free.

I use Google Drive for allowing access to large files.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
