iSS - reputation ranking

Is it only me or has anyone else noticed that once you get close to completing a rank, ti seems to slow down? LOL. and that the higher the rank, the slower it goes?
I rarely pay attention to it, but noticed it this morning.
have you noticed any real benefits from rising a rank? I haven't lol...could be me though.

I can self assign more shops now that my rank got higher.
Do you mind sharing what level that is? If not, I understand. thanks

Before two of my favorite and easiest shops moved to iSS, I had a lifetime earnings of $200. I could self-assign 2 shops I think?

Currently:
Lifetime earnings: $2800
Reputation Rank: 4
Badges: 10 (each one has a different number, depending on how many times I earned it)
Self-assign Limit: 10 ( can only see this on the app)

Total points? No idea. I can't find it. I'm too dumb apparently. They used to email after the shop was approved and gave me 40 points each time?

The only 2 that matter are earnings and self-assign limit. I don't always have time to wait to be assigned a shop if I am traveling.
I have 5 badges, earnings of $2700, rank 3 and can only self-assign 4. As far as I know I am in good standing. I think having more badges for different types of shops is a plus.
My rank is 3, Lifetime earnings of $3,200 and a bunch of badges

Can self assign 4 at a time....beyond that? not sure if anything matters

The iSS site/app ecosystem is indeed an interesting place. I can self-assign multiple types of shops over time after good reviews. However, I find iSS to just be slow in general. It makes me wonder how the infrastructure is set up. It seems the higher your reputation becomes, the more opportunities to query to the listings database and thus, the speed slows down even more. Like the Presto App, SMX sites and now iSS, I really wish I could offer some consulting services for some cloud network efficiencies and get these up to modern speeds so folks can have a great UX and make the shops worthwhile.
I just checked. I can self-assign 15. I would never have that many scheduled ahead with them.

Out of curiosity, I just checked.
I can assign 25
Reputation rank = 7
Lifetime earnings = $20,645
18 different badges, different numbers of each are shown.

It has been addressed, but each increase in rank equates with an increase in the number of shops you can self assign and have pending at one time. When you hit 4 you will be able to self assign 10 instead of 4.

The badges mean absolutely nothing. Earnings also mean nothing, plus it's not even "earnings" as the figure includes all of the reimbursements. The points are also meaningless; the only purpose is to get you on the weekly leader board...which also has no meaning.

It is not your imagination, the higher your rank the more shops you have to complete to get to the next level. When I was going from 3 to 4 the tracker bar was moving 3% for each completed job. Now that I am moving from 4 to 5 it only moves 1%. But beware, if you have to cancel a shop for some reason you will lose 5%! It's like playing Chutes and Ladders!
It’s a crock! I just started (again) but officially have thousands from 2006 so it’s all relative.
LOL

I am at reputation rank 8 plus 13% to the next level.
Earnings Lifetime: $56,177.35
As you can see by comparing myst4au post above, lifetime earnings seem to have very little relation to reputation rank - only 1 level difference in rank but over $35k difference in earnings.

I have never encountered an assignment limit, but such a limit would be meaningless anyway since I could always get an assignment by going through the scheduler in the unlikely event I encountered a maximum limit.
I got a new badge.. but I'm still at 2.. how that works is beyond me. But we'll see next month after I get all of these c-store shops done, maybe it'll get better. But I don't really do enough shops on ISS to give a damn about my rank.

It is strictly the number of jobs completed, it has nothing to do with earnings or any other factors.

Badges are irrelevant. Rank is based on job completion. Every job you complete gives you a percentage toward the next rank. If you cancel a job, you lose percentage points. You can't see it on the app, but on the website there is a tracker bar.

Badges are earned by the the number of "that type" of shop you do.

I don't believe it has any impact on how many shops you can self assign.

I'll say it again. Once you submit a shop, you will be capable of self assigning a new shop. No matter your limit. It doesn't need to be approved, just submitted.
Maverick, why are you always so negative?

This isn't an investment board. I replied to a mystery shopping issue. You seem to post negative posts whenever i post something.

Are you stalking me?
More good news...

My rank is 6 and Earnings Lifetime: $16,726.28.

May I have a cup of coffee now? ROFL smiling smiley
