Instant Approval - a new one on me

Last week, I saw a lonely little convenience store shop on my way to somewhere else, so I picked it up.
Later, I filed it and immediately got an email reply that it was approved - so it was approved upon my submission. Was my second shop for this brand and same thing happened before.
Kinda like instant approvals lol. I wonder if they're using some kind of tech to just quickly scan the report - if so it only takes seconds to do so.

I'm curious if there were any negatives or narratives in the report.

I get instant approval from In Touch sometimes.

The report was typical of convenience store reports:
report on stocking and availability
name of cashier
store clean or not
restroom clean or not

i've gotten insta-approvals on Five Guys if there's nothing negative to report.

Yes. Instant approval because it's the end of the period and the MSC wants to get paid.
