Apartments for $20

When I do apartments, I won't do anything less than $35. I logged into one company and they had student housing apartment shops for $20. I saw about 15 on their board.

To put apt. fees into perspective, I completed my first at least 2 decades ago; the fee was $40. My last was 3 yrs. ago, for $100; there were 4 at that fee in the same day. If you feel comfortable working for $35, go for it.
As with all cases, the shop is the "easy" part...the time consuming portion is the report. $20 is going to be something like maybe $6-7 an hour by the time you're done if you do even a half-a_ _ job on the report. But if that is acceptable to you; go for it. They're NOOPIES so have at it.
I did some years ago, but as mentioned the the report takes up too much time and that time must be factored into the fee.

I would figure an apt job would be a minimum of 2.5 hours when said and done (maybe less for some companies).

That is telling me the starting price for one would be 75.00 and it would have to fit in a route, no one off stops just for that.
The lowest I will go is $35. I was just shocked these were being offered for $20.
