Stilll owed for a shop

I have spent more than $10 of my time trying to get this resolved. I did 3 postal shops the same day, scheduled with the same scheduler at the same time. We agreed to the $10 bonus on all of them. I was paid the correct amount for 2 of them. The 3rd one does not reflect the bonus. I emailed and phoned and NOTHING yet, over a week ago. Any suggestions?

Sky,

You did not, in your post, state your financial status. If you are in need, accept that such situations occur in business. If, however, no need exists, kick 'em to the curb. I have, on several occasions, both as a sales contractor and as a shopper, taken such an action. My reasons are two fold: First, it is to safeguard my attitude and secondly, if it occurs once, there is likely to be a repeat. Gone are the days, when there were numerous small MSCs with whom one could establish a bilaterally equitable relationship.
My advice is to not spend anymore energy on trying to get $10.
If you dont already do this it is a good ideal to make sure you check each indiv job in your "my jobs" or whatever the msc calls it every time, especially when you make a verbal agreement. That would be your proof. Many times I have looked at the job I was given and the online confirmation of the job does not reflect the bonus. It is better to fix it before you do the job.
You have to email Jason Bare directly. No one else there responds regarding mis-payment on this project. Heck, they've had Virginia listed as the "payments contact" for over a year and she isn't involved in the project in any way shape or form (nor does she bother to respond to emails, different topic all together).
The fact that it's been a week and you have not gotten a reply, and the fact that the scheduler did not properly apply your bonus, shows that this company is not professional or ethical. I quit working for them a long time ago.
I wouldn't stop working for an MSC just because a $10 bonus wasn't added to the job. I would do what Cassie said above and contact Jason Bare. You could also ask for a $10 bonus when you normally wouldn't to make up for the $10 they owe you if you can't settle it.
