I didn't get that email. I thought Amy put me on her email list after my trip to CO. Oh well, thanks Melg.

Check spam? She mention if you did kroger past 3 months you would received the email.
I was in CO in October.. so maybe I outlived my 3 months? Not driving to CO to do any shops this round, even if there isn't any snow there, there is snow between here and there.

I got that same email. I hope they don't end up cancelling the pick up shops.

Yup. Just try to be nice and share the email content out to those who never received the email and I honestly dunno what wrong with the other guy and why he/she is biatching there.

Guess I should just keep the info to myself and never share to begin with.

unfortunately some people are never happy, kisekinecro.

thank you for posting, my scheduler doesn’t update us much on the kroger program
You might want to state "this is from an email I received"... what you posted very much seems like first hand info, NOT second hand.

kise replied to someone--Yup. Just try to be nice and share the email content out to those who never received the email and I honestly dunno what wrong with the other guy and why he/she is biatching there.

Bob inquire--On a monthly basis, I use the Kroger shops to primarily defray travel expenses and secondarily provide food; any info I receive is appreciated. I do not understand the above post. I checked the word biatching, but it does not seem to exist. Are there words missing?
Yes, several posts were removed.
One poster shared an email they received about the pick up/ gas shops, but did NOT state it was from an email they received. This post very much appeared to be 'first person' writing and I asked if they were a scheduler for the MSC. I asked if they were a scheduler why didn't they have a signature line indicating that connection....
I was then told I was "biatching" which is just the internet/ forum word for b i t c h i n g....

And if you ever read the whole chain of posts you would know I am not part of the scheduler. Simply Copying the msg from the email directly and posting it here and got biatched about the possibility of me hiding my identity while all I did was trying to be nice and shared the info as other people mentioned that they did not received the email at all must be nice, and great! Now the post is removed and no one is reading them. You must feel good about that..

Thanks Viv; that explains why Kine's post was a mystery to me.
Not everyone reads EVERY post.

Have some hot tea and relax.

Oh, and it is perfectly fine to falsely accused someone when you have not read EVERYTHING. How wonderful of you.
Falsely accuse?! Do NOT put words into my mouth.
Are you serious? I flat out asked a question.
I did NOT accuse you of anything.

If you ask a forum member here 'are you male?' Is that accusing them of being male?

Oh my, you really need that tea.....

And I DID read every post in THIS thread. The OP stated an email was received, no content was listed. Then you post (without quotation marks and absolutely no indication that you personally did not write those words) the context of the email.

OMG people. She was trying to share information. Most of us are unlucky and don't have a scheduler that sends out info. I appreciate it.FGS
I received an email from scheduler about Kroger drop tomorrow. No mention of pick up or fuel shops. One concerning bullet point was this:
Get all required associate names. It has become an issue with shoppers not getting names of associates and shops will be rejected in 2026 for this

So, if someone is not waring a name tag which Has been the case on past shops or if the name tag is unreadable either being too far away or covered by an apron, jacket or whatever my effort will be for nothing and the shop rejected?

Not pleased with this at all!

Pretty sure this is frustration being expressed. When you see enough of these reports, I'd imagine patterns appear and they start to think certain shoppers aren't doing the job as instructed. I'm sure they'd rather see improvement than to have to penalize to elicit change.
Fatlady, concerning the Kroger name tag situation, states--Not pleased with this at all!

Bob agrees--Nor am I. I had three workers last week for which I was unable to supply the name. Two were behind the deli/meat display case and one where the printing was too small for me to read*. IF I am ever refused my pay, due to a situation beyond my control, the work will cease being of interest to me.

*I explained the print size in the report.
My email said that there would be no pick up or gas shops for all of 2026. And, there was no mention of names or name tags.
I wonder if the fuel and pick up shops will be done anywhere. Seems we may have different schedulers. To be honest the fuel and pick ups were the best shops. The walking around stores and now having to get names or not be paid is not to my liking at all. I have had shops where associates wore no tags or tags were not visible so traveling to a store and then having shop rejected would be my last shop for Kroger.
i’ve noticed that in the last two/three months i have had shop follow-ups, asking about debris/grime or associate names; where i had never had any of these follow-ups before.

i’ve started keeping better notes / times of when i visited each department just in case, which has helped when replying.
Not pleased with this name tag issue it will definitely limit my shops for Kroger.
Interestingly, the new Instructions / Questionnaire form has a list of reasons why a shopper could not get the name. The previous versions did not have the list. So I guess we'll see how this plays out when the email says the shop will be rejected but the report gives options/reasons for why you could not get the name.
New form does give reasons name not obtained. Also offers options as to whether employee did not greet such as being involved with task. In produce this is often an issue as employees focused on stocking fruits and veggies rather than greeting. And in all my years of shopping at Kroger at many different locations no produce associate asked me what I am making for dinner. I had a good chuckle when I looked at the new form. I assume they want shoppers to try and engage employee conversation to elicit what are you making for dinner question or other questions.
I see that for chicken questions only rotisserie and fried either 4 or 8 piece are to be checked. No mention if baked chicken anymore.
I note new instruction to spend at least 30 minutes in store this was not on form in past.
