Video Shop Suggestions

I recently completed two video shops and the first one recorded perfectly. The second shop was only 12 minutes and my sd card only recorded 85% of the session. I tried to recover the file from my sd card but it only shows me 2 seconds of the video. Are there any suggestions on how I can fix my video file or am I just SOL?

You can try opening the file in the VLC media player. It has a limited ability to repair files. But it rarely helps. Sorry about the file. Definitely get a new SD card.

Thanks for your reply. I tried VCL and that was the only website that I found that even allowed me to get 2 seconds of the video. I just purchased a new card and I won't be using that one ever again. I'm definitely nervous that my shop will be declined but I did audio record my visit. I'm going to submit it to my shop and hopefully the client will take it since this was my first screw up.

I’ve had a similar issue at one brand of store. I’ve done dozens of video shops but at this one store chain the camera freezes at some point near the fitting room. The first time I thought it was me or a fluke but different location same chain the exact thing happened.
