Updated presto app hit one of my phones today

Ugh, it's awful. No list option and the filter options are private project code and minimum pay. Thats it. Search feature is for location only. I need to send feed back!! Thank goodness it only updated on one of my phones. I hate it.

I've tried the original app which usually said I had no connection. I only use the website which works better - but still iffy. I'm staying with the web as long as possible.
A with all those red pins covering everything else up.
The map never works for me so I use the list option but when I try to search for example 'pizza' under the list option nothing comes up even though if I scroll I can see it right there. The all is already super buggy so ai was hoping this update would fix a lot for that.
Don't sound too much different than the old one then...because the old one is a freaking nightmare!

Yes! IHATE that they took away the list view option. It's way too overwhelming to have to click on each flag just to see what kind of shop it is. This is pretty useless. I'm on vacation and was hoping to find some local shops and Presto is my go-to app to see what's around. It's way more difficult and time- consuming to find shops i want to do.

Log on to the website instead, that still works the same. Just a pain on the phone. Also send feedback to them. We all need to complain. Clearly they don't use the app!
I started using Presto just a few months ago and all was great until running into problems recently where you can’t find the MSC to get ahold of with questions. I missed a shop deadline that I had already completed and spent the money but the app couldn’t determine the location even though all the phone and app settings were good because you can’t fill out the form until checking in. The person on the other side of the help ticket emails said that you absolutely don’t have to check in to submit the form! [Next sentence edited to delete due to problem being somewhat resolved…results pending]. If they took list view away, looks like I’ll be using them way less.

Presto is just a hub to the other MSCs. The app issues are one thing but the shop rejection still comes from editors. It would help if they told us who the project manager was for each job so when we have issues, we can reach out to them.
