Has anyone done the Sassie MSC shop where you have to record an hour of music? Although the assignment is ostensibly for microphone quality, some of the questions they're asking and the nature of the locations (all very small pubs that would never host a touring or even major local act) make me wonder if this isn't actually a songwriting organization looking to see if someone is performing their songs without paying royalties.
