Awkward visits

I'll shop a couple of some of my most recent trips:

1) Earlier this month, I decided to revisit a store that sells Apple products. Having visited that place over a year ago, I figured that the place was a revolving door and I would see new staff members. When I entered the store, a familiar-looking fellow assisted me, who was very attentive. While I was finishing that assignment, I noticed a familiar name on the business card---turned out that he had visited me last year.

2) Later that week, I was to visit a pizza joint. I was relieved that it was in a food court, so that I could blend in more easily. As with many assignments, I was to discreetly take a photo of the storefront, so I decided to take the photo after my meal. I always check the gallery on the app to make sure that the photo exists. To my disappointment, the picture did not catch, so I tried again...and it still didn't show up! A photo did finally show up in the gallery app...but after several attempts of pacing around in the food court like a weirdo!

Unless it is a gas station, I have taken the stance of one-and-done in most locations. I rarely do apartment shops in my hometown anymore; my apartment complex used to be a revolving door of leasing agents. I did three in the last month where I literally knew the leasing agent from my complex.

i used to do a lot of app work in 2016-2018 for easy shift/field agent/gig walk… all those apps that basically just involved going into stores and snapping a million photos like a madman. i’m sure a lot of the time it looked like i was casing the place. i took them because the job’s themselves were easy, and i was young, and ballsy, but it was sketchy and awkward.
I took a lot of photos of beer any years ago. I did get tossed out a few times when I was discovered. Haven't worked for EZ Shift in years now...too much demand for the $$

I did a gas station revealed audit out in the boonies and the employee got weird and aggressive like he was worried I’d find his moonshine still or something. He went and got two managers who questioned me and followed me around until they got bored.
