overdue shop notices

I was assigned a shop last Thursday and I attempted contact with a target the same day without luck. Tried again Friday no luck. I informed the company of my lack of success in reaching target and told them I would try again Monday as no weekend contacts are allowed. And despite this I have received 2 overdue shop notices. I usually can complete shops quickly IF I am able to reach targets and make appointments for a visit but to think every shop goes so smoothly is ridiculous. I find these automated messages to be quite annoying!

Probably automated. I wouldn't pay attention to them.

You informed the company proactively that you couldn’t reach the target and gave a plan for the next attempt. That’s responsible and shows you’re following procedure.

I think I know the company in question, and as others have said, don't pay their automated messages any mind. If it's who I think it is, you never want to communicate via your email app, only via messaging on their website.
