The email title is: "Very Valuable Facial Spa Mystery Shop"

Full reimbursement
but pay has decreased from $35 to $25 - but it's very valuable!
The report is not simple, it has several parts. I've seen worse, I've seen much better.
It's not a typical facial. It's a few passes over your face with some kind of wand, then an opportunity to get you in so they can sell you products. It doesn't even leave your face feeling better like a typical facial.

Hard pass to this "Very Valuable Facial Spa Mystery Shop"
I can make $25 by scrounging for coins around home and that only take a few minutes and doesn't require any gas.

haha maybe the next email will be a subject line of "BONUSED SHOP" and then will reveal a generous $2 bonus.
At least they aren't trying to lump the reimbursement amount with the shop fee to make it sound more appealing. That can be misleading, especially if you don't spend as much as they would reimburse to begin with.
That facial SUCKED... I did this shop (with a small bonus) late last summer. I love a good facial, but I swear my 12yr old who adores skin care does a better job.
I'm sure the shop is very valuable for the MSC.

Have synthesizers, will travel...
I'm with you on that viv. I've had several facials over the years. The one I received via the shop?

Ugh, child's play.

Was a joke, really.

So glad I wasn't paying for it...

They could fool me, I've never had a facial.. I don't know what it is. Which is also why I don't do those kinds of shops..
The facial is not high quality, as shared above $175 for a 35 minute deep clean.. And, worse, you are sold-to the ENTIRE time. Its like a timeshare pitch masquerading as skin care.
It's awful. I have a hard time believing any regular customers would put up with this.

Doesn't "getting a facial" bring up a different scenario in anyone else's mind? No? Just me?
The problem with that statement is our pocketbooks tell a different story.
I did the eyelash shop once. I am now convinced they are a huge waste of money.
