Didn't They Get the Memo?

I'm referring to the owners or managers of the BP and Amoco gas stations.
It seems that after doing some of these shops this quarter, the editors have been pointing out that the dispensers still have a lot of the expired pop stickers. They want a photo of them!
Of course, it should be noted that in the latest BP CX1 2026 POP Guide, the examples are not legible. Meaning, then, how is the shopper to determine what is up to date and what is expired?
Did the shop owners and managers get the same notice?

I'm convinced that management that reads and remembers the notifications is a rare breed.
They rejected one of my son's BP shops last round for a brochure that belonged inside the store. But it looked exactly the same in the pictures, but the writing was too blurry in the pics to tell the difference between the brochures.
This MSC puts a lot of blurry example pics in all of their guidelines. Is it so hard to insert clear ones? I've had this dilemma with other projects as well. Trying to figure out exactly what their pictures show is impossible. Those photos would certainly get any shop rejected if they were submitted by us on a report.
It's shocking that they use such blurry, poor quality, unprofessional photos that are impossible for shoppers to see clearly. Other companies have clear photos in their guidelines.
Are these the 50 page BP guideline with blurry pics and $22 including bonus for mystery/revealed audits? I’ve been doing Marathon mystery/revealed and the BP looks like 5x the work. Or is it my imagination?

Shocking is the word! Unprofessional is another!
The fact that (for me anyway), some of my reports have been returned for additional photos due to expired stickers makes me wonder if the editors have a different set of examples of current pop stickers.
