Has anyone experienced an issue where a Blue-Pin instant shop on that Otter app suddenly disappears? I reserved one earlier today to do tonight and suddenly its gone without warning. I'm guessing the shop was loaded in error as the payout was too good to be true.

The big "P" (formerly known as the Otter) app has become so dysfunctional I quit it and let them know why. Interestingly, I'm making more and having a better experience without it.

I've reached out to schedulers to share why I quit it, and most acknowledge it's less that perfect. Others shared it's a "dumping ground" for previously posted, low paying shops no one wanted to do, and it's working for that, so they have no plans to change.

I was checked in to two of these locations and literally in the process of completing one (they were within a mile of each other) when the app crashed and the shops disappeared. I already completed the shops!!

Reached out to P app. Was told the original poster manually deleted it and they will be reaching out on what happened great.

In addition, I’ve already submitted four of these this morning.

I’m pissed. I canceled plans today to do the shops that I reserved. I went out and spent my own time in my own money and have just been informed by HS BRANDS that the shops were posted “by mistake” and that I will not be receiving full payment.

What?!?

What about the shops I didn’t get to submit.

They better make this right. Literally jacked up my whole weekend and I’m ending the day poorer. They had yet to tell me how they’re paying me, when, and exactly how much.

I’m also gonna be demanding full payment for the ones I didn’t get to submit because they removed them literally as I was doing them.

I have never been a fan of HS brands. Their payment schedule sucks. Their scheduler was incredibly rude to me last week. Now this? Oh man. They literally have the worst payment schedule in the industry. I signed up for these because they were Insta shops.

LIVID.

edit - I’m receiving full pay and they’ll see what they can do about the ones I completed but didn’t get a chance to submit.

I’m still out about $500 because of this.

Still pissed.

Thanks for the follow up, Anti. That sucks, though. MSCs seem to be taking more and more liberties in violating contracts after we've agreed to them. I guess it's because, well, why not? What can we do about it? Lose more time and money taking them to court? They know they can get away with just about anything.
