Peloton Assessment Shops

Anyone completed on of these? I attempted to do one yesterday day and it was literally a joke. Took way longer than stated in guidelines, and management was no help. What was your experience?

Time is, of course. relative. Mileage, though, should be objective and definitely not employing the CFS of measurement. When I was contracted with Trendsource, I do not recall them ever using reasonable distance; it was always in their favor.
I am supposed to do a few this week. Anything you want to share about the job?

Like should I just cancel?
My shop was accepted. The shop just took a lot longer than stated in the job description. Yours may go a lot better. This location did not have the pelotons logged in with screens on, and they didn't know how to log in due to their wi-fi being weak. Also, I missed the part in the guidelines (if it was in there) that said you have to actually get on the tread and the bike and take a 5 min class on each, to make sure they are working properly. If the bike seat and handle bars are not set properly, you have to reset them, and you have to clean the equipment. The screens and equipment were pretty dusty. Again, could have just been my particular store. Regardless, it will take more than the 25-35 minutes they claim.
Thanks

Guess I will have to look again at the guidelines.

They want you to ride the bike and use the treadmill? For 5 minutes each?

I have done quite a bit of work in Dick's Sporting Goods and don't mind the place, but I don't think I am in for exercising while I work.
It seems that the way the MSCs time their jobs is the time you're actually in the store and interacting with the salepeople. The time it takes to fill out the report and all of the other aspects of getting, filing and following up are not part of the shop. I think that's wrong, which is part of the reason I won't work for reimbursement only, and I don't work for base pay.
I always take any time the MSC gives as time in store (after you have done a few). I do very few one off jobs these days. I like stuff in batches so after the first few you have an idea whether it is worth it to do more.
Yes. You are supposed to take a 5 minute tread class and a 5 minute bike class, on top of all the other things. I had 2 locations at $18 each, and cancelled both. Hard pass. Once I read the guidelines and the zillions of steps and pictures...and then 10 minutes of class? No thank you.
I received the offer today through JS Mystery Shopper, as I do not have any knowledge of Consumer Insight. Predicated upon the list of requirements for the increased fee of $30, I would only have interest at $70.

2 concerns are that the shopper is required to perform minor maintenance and the MSC only requires the shopper have an average score of 5. This work has the ring of attempting to cast someone financially desperate.
Anyone want to guide me towards these please?
Look on Presto, they are listed as "Fitness"
