Business Evaluation Services online purchase shop

Has anyone done the online purchase shop for Business Evaluation Services where you buy a highly priced item on a well known auction site, have it shipped to your house, and then ship it to another address?

I'm thinking of signing up for it, and I just wanted to see if anyone else had done one already, as that's a lot of money to be out in case something goes wrong.

Edited to fix spelling error in company name.

Just be careful. If you think it is worth to sink XXX dollars for X or low XX dollars in fees, go for it.
Well it is high XXX, but the payout is mid range XX, and there is no shop report, just buy the item, take a photo and send it back out. According to BES, I will have my money back within a week. The scheduler mentioned that others had done this in the past, and that they had received their payments quickly, so I just wanted to see if any of the "others" are members of this forum.

I don't know about the shop or item's return, but as far as payment, from my experience, BES does pay. However, be forewarned that they pay slowly, 45 BUSINESS days from the date of the shop, not just regular days.
I'm doing one.

Fortunately, the reimbursement and payment is being handled outside of their normal payment schedule. They're paying manually, not making shoppers wait.

I am doing one too. I kind of like these different shops. I set it up to pay with my rewards credit card so its like a double dip for me.

Yes, between the fee and the eBay Bucks, it's a sweet deal. I used Bill Me Later, which gave me an extra 3% back in eBay Bucks. ...If only we could keep the purchase, too! LOL I'm happy with my real and virtual money, though.
I am doing two. The hardest part of the shop will be to explain to my husband why we cannot keep the items, since he has been begging for one for quite some time. Like waving candy in front of a baby.
Thankfully the instructions state you have a choice of Paypal or a cheque. I cannot remember the threshold amount for paypal before they take a percentage. That would suck.
Not yet.... My returned item would not have made it there until yesterday. My second item was not even sent my way 'till yesterday.
Odd. GFK is offering a shop that sounds eerily similar -- for basically a quarter of the BES fee.

No thanks.
The client is likely trying to get more variety among the buyers. Too bad they don't realize that the same shoppers contract with multiple companies.
My item was received by the client yesterday. Last night I had a personal phone call regarding pay preference. I was told it would be Monday. Tonight about 7 I got the paypal email that I have been paid and reimbursed. Nice.

Wow. The second item arrived to its destination yesterday, and I had paypal today and I get eBay bucks, too. Darn right I would do this shop again!
I got my check within 4 days of sending the item. I have to say, this was a great shop, and BES was great to work with. Wish I could have done more of them!
