I had a burger shop yesterday. Most of time these shops go smoothly. From time to time, you have a customer in front you who cannot make up their mind or try to change things. I could hear the discussion between the employee and customer. The customer ordered a combo, then asked, "can I replace this item to the combo"? Employee, no the combo includes (names the items). Customer well then can I replace (names an item). Employee, no the combo includes (names the items). Customer changes combos and says... well then can I replace (names an item). Employee, no the combo includes (names the items). Then they get to the window and I see items being handed back and forth......customer kept changing their mind.
