Clothing Audit is Confusing

But I hear they only take a half hour. Can someone film a sample audit, I know you cant do it a store that hires you to do it. Or 2 break the instructions down in simpler terms.

I mean its really not too hard once you get the hang of it. Lets say womens tops is a category. You find that section, pick a size to audit. I usually count out the 100 items first and section it off. Then I start checking the tags and making sure it matches the hanger nub. If I find a mismatch, I pull it out and put it on the end of my section and count the incorrect sizes later.

A well organized store will take 30 minutes. A hot mess store can take much longer. Right now, its kind of quiet so mine have been going quick.
There’s a video on their website. You might have to be assigned the shop to see it. There’s also a new minimum amount of time spent in the store. I can’t remember if it’s 30 or 40 minutes
I do mine exactly how @Datagirl described. Mine usually take around 35-40 min.

I also do the same. I haven't had one take longer than 40 minutes unless it was category. That was really a mess like shoes. These are usually pretty quick once you get the hang of it.
I do my shoe count with the smallest size shoe in the catagory. The area is more condenced. This stragegy usually results in more out of place shoes, but the overall space smaller and seems easier to navigate in my mind. With children's shoes especially, I often put the shoes that are out of place in my cart to keep track of.
