There are Giant shops that look great (subtitled "The Keys to Kindness") and I went to certify for them. Before I certified I saw several dates in May, with a date range of 5/20-6/3. After I certified successfully on May 28, with an announcement that I now qualified for the shop, the calendar had moved to June when you first try to assign, with a blue "back" button which made it look live. All of the June dates (and into July, I looked) were grayed out. I clicked the back button but nothing would happen so the calendar was still stuck on June with a blue back button. Today, the button is no longer blue (it still being May, 5/31), the date range is still 5/20-6/3, and is solid June with all grayed out dates.
I sent an inquiry to the email address that's available and I got a standard answer, like "You might not be qualified (I am) or there are no shops in your area (I'm looking at them!) or "there may be no shops at this time" etc.
Anyone ever assigned one? Thanks! (I discovered an error on a shop that I just did and the staff expressed gratitude to me for discovering it, so I'm curious if this is an error too.)
