Demonstrations

I make a lot more money doing demonstrations. Right now I'm only doing them for TLC Productions, Studio 1 Casting, and At Your Service. Does anyone know of any other companies that offer them?

Have you been to [www.narms.com] -- I thik they're the trade association for merchandising and demonstrations...

Maybe try this URL at their website:
Yes, I've been signed up with them for a few months and haven't gotten anything from them. Thanks anyway!
I have done demonstrations for several months now and the best place to work for is themerchandisingteam.com. you get paid and it is direct deposit. and the pay is really good.
I am doing demos for Mass Connections. I have 4 of them in January. You may want to check them out. They pay pretty good. Go to www.stayingconnected.com. It takes about 2 weeks after you fill out a application for them. And then in 2 weeks they call you up for a phone interview and then they will tell you right then if you are the type of person that would make a good demonstrator. It is pretty simple. check it out I did.
Sunflower group is good to work. I have work for them about 2yrs. you can submit my name as a referal on your applcation.

Hola, Edith,

Mi espanol es poquito. Conosco usted no dice escribir en inglis. Get un amiga. Present yourself as a team. One reads directions, otra speaks en espanol y sets up. Maybe it will work.
It is so nice to read all the notes of all those that enjoy doing demos. I just moved from Chicago to FL and haven't found my career job yet. In the meantime, I'm doing DEMOS with Mass Connections/Stayingconnected.com

What I like about them? It pays well, you rec' demo kits for each event, they supply all the supplies needed to execute the event, you can log online and assigned yourself the events that suite your need/schedule, taxes and medical is taken out, there off date event which runs Monday thru Thursday for those that want to work more than weekends, etc. They offer incentives by giving you points.
So if you log on to apply please put my referral code #62387 so I can get my referral points.

I've been with Mass Connection/Stayingconnected.com since April. I started doing demos in May 2007. I did 9 events for May. I have 6 scheduled for June already for the first week only.

If you have any questions, refer them to me. I'll be more than happy to HELP.
I really like doing demos. I like the variety, meeting/greeting people, being at different locations everyday, etc. I'd like to make a career out of this because I like working out in field setting and be independant. Demo companies do not offer any type of benefits like health insurance, what do any of you recommand. NO I'm not married so I don't have a spouse to back me up heheh

Good LUCK to you all out there. HAPPY DEMOs!
Sunflower, PromoWorks, Mass Connections, all excellent companies to work for. I have been doing this type of work for over 14 years..I would really like to move up in the company, but do not know how this is achieved.
I don't know how to move up with the company neither. Wow 14 years is alot of time. Does anyone know how to get health insurance when you're working in this field? I'm single so health insurance is an issue and concern.

When working for Mass Connections; Be careful when you sign up for 2 demo's the same day. Sometimes it is in the same store or a different store . The stores are paying for a full demo time. They do not like being shorten on hours. Once the store relizes what is happening they get ahold of Mass Connection and you lose your job with mass Connection. Even though they are the ones that call you and ask a favor for a double booking on the same day. The two stores that is famous for double bookings are Schnucks as well as Shop & Save.
