Can't log into Retail Eyes

has anyone been having trouble logging into their Retail Eyes account? I can't get in and when I use the forgot password link, it doesn't recognize my email.

I emailed them twice at support, no answer yet.

It was the most user unfriendly site of all. Good luck entering your shop geographic preferences.
