Earlier this month I picked up about 30 hard to schedule shops for her. I had them scheduled to start this past week and had a personal emergency. On Monday morning I had to cancel all of them with the shopping period already halfway over on hard to schedule shops. She didn't blink an eye. Told me not to worry about it and to let her know when I was ready to pick up shops for her again. Super awesome and I can't say enough about her.
