That is actually quite rude, @MrEd. If you read the posting guidelines, this is supposed to be a place for positive contributions to the community, not personal insults. Regina has gone out of her way not only to answer emails but to help with technical questions, offer travel incentives, and even text when an urgent need comes up in the field. I think she keeps her laptop strapped to her belt. I have seen quite a few schedulers mentioned in the forum that I do not particularly care for, but I choose to follow the guidelines and keep my mouth closed (or my fingers off the keyboard) :-)

Things are getting pretty bad when responsiveness to emails are prompting a SHOUT OUT. Lindsay, Jennifer and Bill have always been responsive.
