I want to give a shout out and a huge thank you too Mintel's staff accountant, Patrick Trahey.
Today I received a notification that I received payment via Venmo, but I didn't see anything when I opened my account.
I emailed Mintel. Patrick was quick to reply and provided clear communications. After a few emails and questions back and forth, I asked if he can retract the Venmo payment then send it again via PayPal. He did and quickly got everything squared away. His emails were not wordy and were extremely clear and easy to understand.
I hope I don't run into this issue again, but if I do, I know Patrick will promptly correct the situation.
