Shoppers' View is paying $16 for a credit union interaction. When offered assistance, you will ask to speak with someone about a specific credit union product. If you are assigned this shop, your guidelines will tell you which specific product and whom to ask for. You will evaluate the service offered by the staff in the credit union, and during the transaction, you will be asked to drop a hint about an additional credit union need.

You are NOT required to open an account, but you must act interested up until the point the associate asks for you to give your personal credit information. You may politely decline at this point, saying you need to think about it (or another reason).
