The Sentry Marketing Group is currently recruiting shoppers who own a Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep vehicle, preferably model year 2000 or newer, with 125,000 miles or less, to complete a service department shop.
Requirements:
o Evaluate the salesmanship, facility, service, and cleanliness of the establishment in a report with Y/N and supporting narrative
o Pre-arrival phone call
o Specific minor repair or light maintenance (some locations do not accept oil change)
o Complete training module
Compensation:
o Up to $50 reimbursement
o Shop fee is $20 for survey
