- The comment section should tell a story about your experience

For the rest of the shop you will be required to:
- Take notice of the outside of the building/parking lot area. Is it clean and well maintained?
- Make good, detailed, specific observations about each associate you encounter and record EVERY name
- Allow the server to discuss specials or featured flavors and make recommendations, please note if they offered toppings or beverages
- Pay attention to how long it takes for your order to be delivered
- Observe the staff, cabinets, windows, tables, all areas around you for cleanliness
- Please check restroom and note if it is clean and well stocked
- Observe the cashiers name, politeness, how long it took to cash you out.
- A receipt is required to be reimbursed for this shop. Upload it at the end of the report before submitting
