Will will need to TAKE or OBSERVE a class for this Boxing Club shop!
Shoppers Payment: $25
Scenario:
- Call the location to see how the phone is being answered and inquire about taking a class.
- Visit the location and observe the operations and how the location is conducting business
- You will play the part of looking for a new gym and take a brief tour and if possible, take a class. (If they do not offer a class, say you want to take one. Do not go to the location assuming there will be an open spot at the time of your tour.)
- Take any and all handouts (including brochures and business cards) while at the location and upload them to the report
- Take photos;
- Exterior of the location and picture of the location signage (Please capture any shots of the UFC Logo on the OUTSIDE of the building)
- A Few Interior Photos are to be taken as well (this NOT a Revealed Shop—This is a mystery shop! Please take photos as discreetly as possible so as not to be detected)
- Capture display case pictures and the products that they are selling. If you can't capture photos of the display cases on the inside of the location, you are required to give a detailed account of the items that are in the cases when you report the visit.

New information regarding wraps:
- You should NOT be charged for wraps.
- They should be provided at no charge to you.
- If they say you will need to pay, object to that, and see how they handle it.
- If they insist you purchase the wraps, decline the class and simply observe. Make a note of the conversation and the class in your report.
