We're conducting a mystery shopping program on behalf of a world-famous company that makes high quality audio systems.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE SCENARIO
The objective of this shop is to evaluate the demonstration skills of the salesperson and the quality of experience the customer receives during a visit to the assigned store.
During your visit, pay attention to the cleanliness of the shop, the look of the store, the enthusiasm of the staff, what you like, and what you would improve about the store.
This visit can only be performed during open hours (No earlier than an hour after opening or after an hour before closing). These shops can be completed Monday-Sunday. Shoppers should stay in store a minimum of 30 minutes.
No purchase necessary!
A proof of shop (clear and sharp image of the store) needs to be uploaded in your report. A photo is required, and we cannot accept your report without it!
