SCENARIO (you can choose):

Burial:
o I am here on behalf of my grandmother. My grandfather is not expected to live much longer. I know he wants to be buried but that’s about all. We aren’t sure what to do in the event of his death. Can you help us get started?
o My father isn’t doing well. My mom died some years back and was cremated. My dad has the urn with him and would like to be buried with my mom. Can you help me and can they be buried together?
o I am here to make arrangements for my mother who is sick. She expressed interest in being placed in a mausoleum; however we haven’t made any cemetery or funeral arrangements yet. Can you help me?
o My brother is very sick. We aren’t a religious family and don’t belong to a church. What are our options?

Cremation:
o I’d like to get some information on cremation but I don’t know what it costs. What does it cost? Also, what can be done with the remains?
o A family friend is very sick. I am helping the family get information on arrangements for his/her services; however I don’t know where to begin. Can you help me?
o I am here on behalf of my grandmother. My grandfather is very sick and my grandmother wants him cremated, but doesn’t know where to begin.
o My father is in hospice and only has weeks to live. He has expressed cremation services; however I don’t know what to do. Can you help?

Veteran:
o A family friend is not doing well. He is a veteran with little family and money. Can you help me?
o My dad isn’t very sick. He is a Veteran and very proud of it. We have a lot of family and friends who honor him. He is an amazing man and I want his services to reflect that. What can you recommend?
o My brother is sick and isn’t doing well. He is a Veteran, however wants to keep things simple. Can you tell me my options?
