DSG Associates is a market research company for more than 30 years now. We are looking for mystery shoppers in CALIFORNIA to conduct shops for teller (membership required) and inquiry visits (members and non-members).

For TELLER visits, you need to perform a simple transaction on your account like deposit, withdrawal, payments or transfer of funds.
1. Shops will be focused on customer service provided by the Member Service Officer (MSO).
2. Transactions must be a minimum of $10.

For INQUIRY visit, you need to inquire about products or services, such as membership, a new account, auto or personal loans, credit cards, etc. and sign up for it.
1. Interact with Financial Service Representative (FSR).
2. Shoppers will not be required to be members of the CU
3. Approach an FSR and ask a question about opening a new account and open a new savings or checking account.
